A construction project is not done until the dust is gone. Allied Facility Group provides phased post-construction cleaning for general contractors, developers, and property owners across the Northshore and New Orleans, from rough clean during the build to final clean before the owner walkthrough.
We remove construction dust from every surface, clean fixtures and glass, strip stickers and residue, and leave the space ready to be occupied. Crews coordinate directly with your superintendent so cleaning lands at the right moment in the schedule.

- Rough clean: debris removal, sweeping, and surface prep between trades
- Final clean: detailed dust removal from walls, ceilings, ledges, and fixtures
- Window and glass cleaning, including sticker and label removal
- Floor cleaning for tile, VCT, LVP, polished concrete, and carpet
- Restroom, kitchen, and breakroom fixture cleaning and polishing
- Cabinet, shelving, and millwork cleaning inside and out
- HVAC vent, light fixture, and switch plate wipe-down
- Touch-up clean after punch list and before move-in

What is the difference between rough clean and final clean?
Rough clean happens while trades are still finishing: debris removal, sweeping, and prepping surfaces. Final clean happens once construction is complete and covers detailed dust removal, glass, fixtures, floors, and every surface the owner will touch. A touch-up clean follows the punch list right before move-in.
How quickly can you mobilize for a construction cleanup?
Often within a few days, depending on the size of the project. Contact us with the square footage, the phase you need, and your target date and we will confirm a crew.
